ILM Level 5 Understanding Social Enterprise is designed to provide an intro to the skills, knowledge and understanding of managers working within a social enterprise environment.
ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching For Team Leaders & First Line Managers enables participants to work with their teams in authentic manner and, taking account the goals of the organisation and the goals of the individual staff member, help create a win-win situation where both parties get what they need and expect from the relationship.
ILM Level 3 Starting Your Enterprise provides learners with a broad and practical introduction to key knowledge and skills required to start a business.
ILM Level 2 Team Leading is designed for aspiring or new team leaders, helping them to develop the core skills needed to perform well in their new role.
NVQ in Business & Administration – Levels 2 and 3 aim to enable people with administrative roles to develop the key skills and competencies required to be effective in this capacity whether it be managing diary systems, organising business travel and accommodation, organising and supporting meetings, using various Microsoft Office packages, or preparing text from a variety of sources.
NVQ in Advice and Guidance – Levels 2 and 3 are designed to reflect the activities and responsibilities of those working in advice and guidance services who may not be directly involved in advising clients but who interact closely with them when clients first contact the service.
NVQ in Customer Service – Levels 2 and 3 reflect the work of customer service staff across a wide range of industries and organisations and recognises the fact that employment in the customer service sector involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing.
NVQ in Team Leading – Level 2 aims to assist staff working in supervisory or team leading roles to develop their practical competence in the workplace to nationally determined and recognised standards. The learning process will encourage the development of leadership qualities underpinned by practical tools to enhance the motivation and productivity of a work team.
NVQ in Management – Level 3 assists staff working in a first line manager role to develop their practical competence in the workplace to nationally determined and recognised standards. The learning process will encourage the development of management qualities underpinned by practical tools to enhance the efficiency and productivity of a work team.
National Certificate in Business provides business owners managers, Directors, and Trustees with knowledge and experience of the planning and financial management skills required to run an effective business. Competence and ability in research, planning, use of forecasting tools and business software as well as presentation skills will be developed throughout the programme.
